Another edition of Monday Night Raw is tonight and below you’ll be able to see all the results from the show as they come, plus links to in-depth recaps. Watch this space!
Segment 1: To open up the show, Randy Orton came out to gloat about defeating Edge in the Greatest Wrestling Match Ever, thereby making himself the Greatest Wrestler Ever. This led to Christian coming out to confront him on behalf of Edge and promise that Edge would return. This took a turn when Randy Orton accused Christian of wanting One More Match… and he challenged him to an Unsanctioned match later in the night!
Segment 2: Kevin Owens took on Angel Garza. During the match, Andrade appeared at ringside and an argument between Garza and Andrade kicked up, leading to Zelina Vega’s leaving the match. Later Andrade tried to help Garza by tripping up Owens but Garza seemingly didn’t want his help and distracted himself with Andrade, leading to Owens stunning him for the victory. Another argument broke out but Zelina made the pair leave together.
Segment 3: Bobby Lashley and MVP go out to the ring to address how Lana cost Bobby the WWE Championship the night before. This of course brings Lana to the ring and after a decent bit of bickering, Lashley demands a divorce. They leave Lana stunned in the ring.
Segment 4: The Viking Raiders and the Street Profits teamed up to square off against Akira Tozawa and three of his ninjas. They quickly squashed them without Tozawa ever tagging in. He had the Big Ninja at ringside though and brought him into the ring to threaten them. But then the Profits summoned the Big Show to the ring to drive them away.
Segment 5: Seth Rollins calls Dominik Mysterio out to the ring, even as his dad Rey tries to plead from a satellite feed that he not touch him. Dominik attacks him from behind and then evades Austin Theory and Buddy Murphy.
Segment 6: The IIconics defeated Liv Morgan & Natalya. They then call out Sasha Banks and Bayley.
Segment 7: Natalya and Lana bond backstage over their woes. Christian accepts Orton’s challenge! MVP wants Apollo Crews to take him on as a manager. Crews defeats Shelton Benjamin in a non-title match.
Segment 8: Big Show tells the Street Profits and Viking Raiders to have a Raw tag title match. Drew McIntyre defended his WWE Championship in a tag match alongside R-Truth against Bobby Lashley and MVP. So in the end, R-Truth pinned MVP to retain the WWE Championship.
Segment 9: Asuka put her Raw Women’s Championship on the line against Nia Jax again. This time Nia shoved the referee and when he was going to call for the bell for the DQ, Asuka rolled Nia up and a fast count ensued.
Segment 10: In the main event, Christian came out for an Unsanctioned match with Randy Orton. Ric Flair came out to try and put a stop to this but Christian demanded they ring the bell, only for Flair to immediately drop him with a low blow. Orton hit him with a Punt for the immediate victory. Afterwards Christian was stretchered out of the arena.
