Last week in the main event of 205 Live, we would see Ever-Rise try to prove they’re the best tag team around against Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch. They nearly won by cheating, but were too loud and obnoxious, causing the referee to figure them out. This week, they have another chance at Lorcan & Burch. Would things go better this time around, have they learned to quietly cheat?
Ever-Rise Are Conspiracy Victims
Ever-Rise would march to the ring more serious than ever, and blame commentator Vic Joseph for their loss last week. Martel would start the match against Lorcan, and get right to quick tags and double team moves. A double shoulder block and fist drop would stun Lorcan, but he’d tag in Burch and Parker would get a double chop. Parker still took control with some strikes, and Martel would loudly yell ‘How do you like that you bald idiot?’ clearly not learning volume control.
Ever-Rise would look to isolate Burch, but failed miserably and Lorcan got in and got moving with a huge running uppercut. Martel would tag in and flapjack Lorcan into the top turnbuckle, before elbowing him right in the head. Ever-Rise tried to isolate him this time, and have a much better time of it, with Parker locking him in a submission and putting his body between Lorcan and his partner, a veteran tag move.
Parker would move to stomping Lorcan, but would be more concerned with yelling at the referee that he’s in on the conspiracy of them losing. Parker would get hit with a big shoulder tackle from Lorcan, but Martel would ensure they remain in control for now. They’d hit some signature tag team offense, even the assisted codebreaker, but Burch broke the pin up at the last possible moment.
Legado Del Fantasma Crash The Party
Lorcan would manage to tag Burch in, who would just punch or headbutt anything that moved. Martel would take a big diving dropkick, followed by a clothesline, enziguri, back suplex and a lariat, a big combo from Burch! An elevated DDT would be attempted, but at this time Parker would point something out. Legado Del Fantasma would come to the ring, Santos Escobar armed with a steel chair.
Parker would be hit with said chair, and this one would be thrown out. Legado Del Fantasma would beatdown everyone in the ring, no one was safe from this attack. Martel would learn silence as his mouth would be duct taped shut, and Parker got the same treatment when he tried to make the save, his eyes being covered too. Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, and Raul Mendoza stood tall after an uncomfortable beatdown, and show they’re the top of 205 Live.
