Will The Miz Crash The Main Event Of WWE Survivor Series?

Will The Miz Crash The Main Event Of WWE Survivor Series?

At Hell in a Cell, The Miz would defeat ‘Mr. Money in the Bank’ Otis to become the new holder of the contract. He’s now one of only a few men to be a two time holder of the contract, and the second to win it outside of the Money In The Bank ladder match.

The Miz has previously been able to cash in on Randy Orton and become WWE Champion, with that being how his sole reign with the belt began. Now, history could repeat itself, and there is a perfect chance coming up for a cash in at Survivor Series.

The Miz Could Crash The Main Event Of Survivor Series

At Survivor Series, we have a huge champion vs. champion match likely to main event the historic event. This is the WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Universal Champion Roman Reigns, two of the biggest names in the entire company. They’ve only clashed a handful of times in singles, and it’s always been something special.

This will be their biggest match yet, and both could stake a claim for being an MVP of WWE in 2020. However, with this being such a big match, that just makes it all the easier for someone cunning like The Miz to make his way to the ring after one of the champions has been taken out.

Roman Reigns is at unmatched levels of brutality at the moment, and after seeing what he’d do to family in Jey Uso, Randy Orton could be in deep trouble.

At the same time, Randy Orton has refound his killer instinct, and re-added the Punt Kick to his arsenal. It’s very likely that The Miz will have an easy target in this match, and give us the big cash-in fans have been waiting for all year.

A Way To Protect Both Champion

On the flip-side, we could also see The Miz do what Seth Rollins has done in the past with the Money in the Bank briefcase and force this match into being a triple threat match. This opens yet another door, one that could allow Orton or Roman to defeat The Miz instead of one of WWE’s two world champions.

Fans can get to see Orton & Roman have the bulk of a match, The Miz cashes in, only to eat an RKO or The Spear.

This allows WWE to get rid of the briefcase, which seems likely as they’ve made it such an afterthought all year. It was impossible to envision Otis becoming WWE or Universal Champion, and The Miz isn’t that likely as well. WWE has two great champions right now, why mess things up?

Do you see The Miz wanting to cash in the Money in The Bank contract at Survivor Series? Would you want to see him as World Champion once again? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
