WWE Smackdown Results were treated to a segment Chad Gable had shared on Instagram showed an unusual trained session for Otis where he blindfolded Otis and hit him balls and other objects from around the room.
It skipped ahead and Otis had learned to catch the objects blindfolded.
Backstage, Braxton asked them what brought them together and Gable said Otis kept getting knocked down by life and keeps getting back up, and that’s what he wants in an apprentice.
Gable and Otis traded no offense comments about their size when Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura poked fun at them.

Gable locked up with Cesaro and the Swiss Cyborg threw him off with hardly a trouble.
Otis and Cesaro locked up and Otis slammed him to the mat, and then Gable took Cesaro down and slapped on a waist lock before picked him up hitting a German Suplex for a pin attempt.
Otis then came in and Otis hit a rear waist lock takedown and tagged Gable in.
Cesaro hit him with an upper cut, and Nakamura hit a series of kicks before choking Gable out on the bottom ropes.
Gable slipped out of a reverse exploder and ducked a couple of Nakamura’s kicks before landing one of his own to buy some time.
Otis then ran over Cesao and Nakamura, then planted Cesaro face first.
Otis then hit a discus clothesline.
Cesaro plopped on his back as Gable said to tag him into finish him, and Cesaro’s trap was sprung when he caught Gable off the tope rope and hit his swing.
Nakamura came him and hit a kinsasha for the win.
This felt awkward with Gable ordering Otis around and obviously not knowing what he was doing. Could this be a point of contention going forward?
King Corbin holds court
After a recap of his victory over Murphy last week, King Corbin waited for his guards to check Braxton so she could talk to him.
She then asked him about what we can expect from him. He said he’s bringing back some old school mentality and his guards are called the Knights of the Lone Wolf and they’ve pledged themselves to him.
He then said if the Mysterios want to keep coming at him, the consequences will be more than losing an eye.
WWE Smackdown Results love how they’re finally giving Corbin some sidekicks to work with that fits his character. Took them long enough but it looks like it’s going to be fun watching them going forward.
