WWE Smackdown Results returned as Braxton interviewed Bianca Belair about her Royal Rumble win and we got to see Belair’s parents reacting to her win.
Belair said that her family’s been there through the good and bad times, and even though they may not walk down the aisle at WrestleMania they’ll be with her.
Braxton asked who she’s going to challenge, and she said it’s the biggest decision of her life and if she listened to what everyone is telling her to do it wouldn’t be her, so she’ll let us know her decision soon.
Bayley vs. Ruby Riott w/Liv Morgan and Billie Kay as guest commentator
They locked up and drove Riott into the corner, then she threw Riott back into the corner on their second attempt.
The third time wasn’t the charm for Riott. She may want to change up her game plan.
Bayley mocked her and Riott hit with a right hand and a high kick for a near pinfall.
Riott then pounded on Bayley before she tried to throw her into the corner. Bayley countered but ran into a reverse elbow.
Bayley powered out of a leg scissors and speared Riott into the top turnbuckle with a Snake Eyes and a near pinfall.
Bayley stomped Riott’s injured left shoulder and stomped her before going for a pin, and then she locked in an arm bar.
Riott drove Bayley into the corner and hit a shoulder to break the hold, then connected with her leg scissors and drove Bayley face into the turnbuckle.
Riott put Bayley on the top rope and hit an arm drag, then reversed a Bayley to Belly into a rollup for a near pinfall.
Bayley then hit a knee to the midsection and threw Riott into the bottom rope. Bayley slid under Riott’s legs and tried to powerbomb her from the apron to the floor, but Riott held on and kicked her in the face.
Riott went for a shoulder through the ropes and Bayley hung her up in the ropes, then locked in a wrist lock and Kay went to help but Morgan pulled her off the apron and yelled at her to let Riott handle it.
In the ring, Riot got out of the hold and rolled Bayley up for a pin attempt, but Bayley reversed her armbar attempt into a face plant for the win.
After the match, WWE Smackdown Results noticed Kay went to Bayley with her photos and resume.
