Braun Strowman was one of the biggest releases. The reason for Braun Strowman’s release has been said to be his massive paycheck but has not been confirmed. Now that Braun Strowman’s non compete is getting closer, it looks like WWE are interested in resigning Strowman.
Originally reported by Dave Meltzer it has been said that they are interested in resigning Strowman due to AEW signing CM Punk, Daniel Bryan and most likely Aleister Black’
But that is not the only company that is interested in Braun Strowman.
Bare Knuckle FC has shown interest
One of these companies is Bare Knuckle FC, which was founded back in 2018. The tease for Braun Strowman joining Bare Knuckle FC was through a picture on Twitter of Strowman at one of the Bare Knuckle matches. Bare Knuckle has been trying to sign big names to get more eyes on their still young company.
Braun Strowman could easily bring in a lot of new faces watching the sport. We have seen ex-WWE wrestlers go from Wrestling to Combat Sports. One of the biggest being Brock Lesnar. It’s highly possible that we may see him have a run in Bare Knuckle FC and join back to WWE at a later date.
AEW has also shown interest
Then there was WWE’s biggest competition, AEW. Who has recently signed Aleister Black and apparently both Daniel Bryan and CM Punk this hasn’t yet been confirmed by AEW but has been reported by trustworthy sources.
At the moment, there have been a lot of signings for AEW but another ex-WWE member who has recently signed, Mark Henry has said that there is interest from AEW to sign Braun Strowman. It’s looking like Mark Henry is very interested in AEW signing Strowman and is pushing for it.
