It has been confirmed that AEW and Upper Deck will be going into a multiple-year deal to make trending cards. This is another way of AEW breaking into another market after breaking into the toy market with full steam and developing multiple games.
Trading cards and wrestling are very nostalgic pieces of merchandise, and Upper Deck Ink is a highly respected company within sports trading cards. It should be noted this is the first time that Upper Deck Ink are producing Wrestling cards. There will also be autographed cards, including some of the most iconic wrestlers in AEW. It seems like this could be another step in the right direction for AEW.
