‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ Spoilers reveal that Kourtney Kardashian and her sweet heart, Travis Barker flew together to Cabo on Saturday. It was the first time flying for Travis since 2008, when he was involved in a tragic plane crash.
The Blink-182 drummer swore to ‘never fly again’ after the 2008 aviation incident, in which he lost two close friends, Charles ‘Che’ Still and Chris Baker and two aircraft pilots. The crash Barker with third-degree burns on 65% of his body.
Kourtney Helps Travis Overcome His Phobia For Flying
Kourtney and Travis were headed to Cabo for vacation, along with her mother, Kris Jenner and her partner, Corey Gamble. Travis was a hour late for takeoff so their flight was delayed. They made the journey safely, landing in Mexico on Saturday evening.
Travis has phobia for flying because of the 2008 crash. On that fateful day, before boarding the jet, which was set to take the crew from South Carolina back to California, he called his dad to tell him that he had a bad feeling about the flight. Travis and only one person survived the crash. He spent months in a trauma unit for burn victims, undergoing multiple surgeries and skin grafts.
The Kardashian-Jenner Family Still Remain Relevant
Even though the E! show has come to an end after 20 seasons, the Kardashian-Jenner clan still make the headlines. Kourtney and her lover, Travis are no exception. The lovebirds keep entertaining fans with their blossoming relationship on social media. Fans have even dubbed them “Kravis”.
The Blink Drumer’s fear for flying is understandable. However, it seems he has overcome the far, as his girlfriend, Kourtney seemed to alleviate some of his anxiety. Camera crews were there to capture the group boarding Kylie Jenner’s private jet in Los Angeles.
Travis and Kourtney were holding hands on the tarmac. They were also captured arriving in Cabo, luggage in tow. Travis was rocking a beanie and Kourtney wore a silky black slip dress with dark sunglasses.
