Tonight should be a good one as they’re going head to head with the NFL’s first Monday Night Football of the season
We’ll have a championship match between Randy Orton and Bobby Lashley with Big E promising earlier he’s going to cash in tonight.
Let’s get to the action!
Big E started the show off by coming out and celebrating with the fans as he headed to the ring.
Randy Orton and Riddle headed to the ring, followed by Bobby Lashley right afterwards.
Lashley was dressed in a suit, so this isn’t a match like it looked like.
Everyone stood in the ring with Big E in the middle as Lashley held the title high.
Big E cleared up any confusion by saying he intends to cash in the MIBT contract tonight, and Riddle asked him not to cash in on Orton and MVP told him to shut up.
MVP said he won’t be cashing in on Orton because he won’t be winning, and then he turned his attention back to Big E and said they love laughing at him but they’re not in a laughing mood tonight.

He then complained that they’re not wrestling for the tag team match and called Orton out for moving the WWE Championship from Extreme Rules to tonight.
Third time’s a charm
Orton said it’s been 14 years and he didn’t want to wait two more weeks and this was the only way to throw him off his game and took full credit for moving the match.
MVP pulled the attention back to Big E and called him a clown and thought he’d be the first New Day member to win the top title.
He called Big E out to cash it in on Roman Reigns or Brock Lesnar.
Lashley promised to slaughter Orton tonight and if Big E comes near him he’ll shove the briefcase so far up his backside he’ll taste the fine print.
As they squared off, Orton hit an RKO on Lashley.
Championship Contenders Match – Charlotte Flair vs. Shayna Baszler
Backstage, Charlotte Flair said Shayna Baszler is a great competitor, but she and Nia Jax get in each other’s way and she’ll never reach Flair’s level if she keeps letting others drag her down.
This should be a good one, but we expect Nia Jax to cost her the match.
Flair hit a knee out of their initial lockup, but Baszler caught her with a kick in the ropes. Flair sidestepped a baseball slide and hit a crossbody over the top rope as we headed to commercial.

Back from commercial and Flair remained in control with a slam, but Baszler knocked her off the top ropes and hit a kick for a pin attempt.
They exchanged German suplexes and Baszler hit a running knee for a near pinfall.
Flair hit a clothesline off the ropes, then missed a big boot but hit a reverse elbow for a near pinfall.
Baszler rolled to the floor and Flair headed to the top rope and hit a moonsault on the floor.
And Nia Jax came out as Baszler threw Flair into the ring steps as we headed to commercial.
Back from commercial and Flair dropped Baszler with a clothesline and then hammered Baszler with forearms, but Baszler hit a German suplex.
Flair chop blocked Baszler’s left leg and locked in a leg bar through the ropes and then taunted Jax.
Baszler fought back and hit a knee, but Jax distracted Baszler for Flair to hit a big boot for the win.
Jax looked pleased with herself afterwards.

Alexa Bliss and Lily came out on the ramp carrying a present for Flair. Once in the ring, Alexa presented the gift as a thank you for facing them at Extreme Rules.
Flair said she doesn’t collect dolls but championships.
Alexa tried again and a “yes” and “no” exchange followed before Flair accepted it. When she opened it she found a Lily doll dressed like her and the doll’s name is Charlie.
Alexa told her they wanted to give her something to play with after she takes her title, and everyone deserves a friend. Even a self-absorbed narcissist like Flair.
Flair then threw the doll in Alexa’s face and Alexa went after her and booted Flair from the ring, then hit a Canadian Destroyer.
This was a surprise WWE Raw Results didn’t see coming.
