‘Tiger King’ star Carole Baskin has denied claims that she is not wanting to find out exactly what had happened in the disappearance of her husband, Don Lewis.

A detective by the name of Moises Garcia recently claimed that Carole was not speaking to the authorities, which was strange given that they were trying to locate Don.
At the time of the incident, Moises had said the following comments: “It’s unusual for a spouse or relative to refuse to cooperate when a family member goes missing, and Baskin is a person of interest, though others are too.”
But before any criticism could emerge over Carole’s conduct, she wanted to let the world know that she has not got anything to hide. In fact, nothing could be truer given that she has done her own due diligence in trying to find out the whereabouts of Don.
According to CBS, this includes doing things such as conducting interviews, as well as speaking with the authorities on a non stop basis. In addition, she even stated that she would be willing to offer a $100,000 reward for anyone who could assist in finding Don.
As such, TMZ stated that Carole had exhausted all avenues: “She’s done everything in her power to track down Don Lewis — her one-time hubby, who mysteriously went missing in the ’90s and was never found.”
Nevertheless, people could not understand why she would not speak to the police. The main reason was that Caroline wanted to draw a line in the sand. She cannot continue to live in the past, and therefore she has to move on with her life at some point.
It looks as though this might be the time for her to do such a thing. TMZ added: “She hasn’t cooperated with his office’s request for information — but that’s all for a good cause, according to Carole herself … who says she’s done enough already.”
The sooner this case is resolved, the better it is for everyone, as it will stop the constant speculation and stress that Carole has to deal with. But for now, we are no closer to finding the truth.
