With the WWE releasing their talent right and left in budget cutting measures, it’s opened up tons of possible fantasy matches for fans to exchange ideas on and to hope we see happen.
Even wrestlers aren’t immune to that as many have said who they’d like to face and why, but contracts don’t always allow for the matches to happen.
In this case, the WWE opened the way for Thunder Rosa to share her wish to face Ember Moon in an AEW ring.
Awesome match
We’re not even going to try to hide our hope that this happens at some point. We’re huge fans of Ember Moon and Thunder Rosa, and we expect this to be an awesome match and hopefully a series of matches for a fun feud.
Rosa appeared on Busted Open Radio to talk about this and more.

“Ember Moon. I have not had the opportunity to work with her. She’s one of the Dallas veterans, I mean Texas veterans. She worked for so long in NXT and I don’t think they gave her the platform she deserved. Because she’s so good and so underrated. So, hopefully, I get the opportunity to work with her. It would be a banger.”
We can’t agree with Rosa’s assessment more.
She also commented on working for Tony Kahn in AEW. It depends how we want to take it ass it could be seen as a possible sales pitch for Ember Moon, but we do think it’s her actual thoughts and feelings.
“I just want to say I am really thankful that I found somebody like Tony Khan. To believe in what I can bring to a company like this. I don’t think that if he didn’t see what my team and my husband and everybody has seen. I wouldn’t be able to be where I am right now, I was given so many tools and so many opportunities and such a great platform. I am so blessed that I get to surround myself with positive people that want the best for me and want to see me succeed. I don’t think I would have done this by myself.”
Finding the right support is always important, and we’d love to see Ember take part in that if she’s given the opportunity.
She’ll have tons of opportunities for great matches as AEW’s women’s division is among the best in the world, and there are so many possibilities going forward.
