WWE Raw Results returned as Austin Theory attacked Finn Balor backstage, then went to Vince McMahon’s office to gain his approval.
Vince said he enjoyed his attack, but since Theory lost his match he might fire him. He likes firing people before the holidays as it give him a warm feeling like a good meal.
Cutting Edge
Edge welcomed us back to Cutting Edge, and introduced his guest, Maryse.
He started it off by asking how frustrating is it to be married to Miz, and Maryse said she’s not there to be his friend.

When Edge asked if she couldn’t go on MIZ TV she called him a narcissist that never lets her talk and went on a mini rant.
She wants a big thank you from Miz for everything she does in the house, their show, and their family.
Maryse then asked Edge if he would’ve ever treated his wife like this, and Edge called her out for putting on an act so Miz could jump him.
He then told Maryse he wouldn’t do this to his wife because he respects her and called out Miz again.
Edge was ready when Miz attacked him from behind, but Maryse hit him with her purse and Mix nailed him with a Skull Crushing Finale.
Rhea Ripley vs. Queen Zelina
Zelina tried to start it out fast with a counter into a jaw breaker to gain the early advantage, but Ripley threw her off and hit a big boot.

Zelina got loose from a slam attempt on the top rope and hit a running knee for a pin attempt, but Ripley grabbed her and hit a Riptide for the relatively quick win.
Liv Morgan backs off Becky Lynch
Morgan came out with a kendo stick and reminded us how Becky Lynch tried to injure her last week before she accepted her rematch challenge.
She recapped her excursion to Lynch’s private gym and it played on the titantron.
Morgan admitted that Lynch was a step ahead of her, but she’s threatened by her to the point she had one of her students disguised as her.
She welcomes Lynch’s cheating ways at Day 1 because she’ll be victorious after breaking Lynch’s face.

Lynch then came out for her say.
She gave Morgan grief for beating up her student, and then gave her props for making an opportunity for herself.
Morgan told Lynch she brought the kendo stick for Lynch and threw it to her and Lynch still backed down.
Big E and Bobby Lashley vs. Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins
Big E and Owens started it off by exchanging beat downs before Owens slipped to the floor and Lashley blind tagged in and nailed Owens with a shoulder block, and then Rollins after Big E sent him to the floor.
Lashley hit a one armed stalling suplex on Rollins, and he was sure to pose while doing so.
Rollins and Owens gained the advantage on Lashley with some teamwork, and even hit a double suplex for a pin attempt.

Big E went for a Big Ending on Owens, but Rollins distracted him and Big E ate a superkick for a pin attempt, and Owens his a senton for a pin attempt as we headed to commercial once more.
Lashley took it to Rollins and hit a powerslam for a pin attempt Owens broke up. Rollins leapfrogged Lashley’s spear so Big E took the blow.
Lashley nailed Owens with a spear for the win, and Rollins hit the Stomp on Lashley too late to break up the pin.
After the match, Rollins and Owens then hammered away on Lashley and grabbed the ring steps to knock out Big E and then Lashley with them.
They followed it with a double apron powerbomb and Owens held Lashley on the steps for a running Stomp.

Owens and Rollins then shook hands in the ring before embracing and celebrating their win and successful mission to take out Lashley.
This was a good match and the best Raw we’ve seen in a few weeks with tight matches and entertaining segments.
