Viewers don’t like the plan, but due to the COVID-19 restrictions and border closures, he may not be able to travel.

Fans have slammed Ella that her soulmate is a Japanese anime character and going ahead to date a Chinese man from a completely different culture.
Ella has however taken to Instagram to share that she and Johnny still have plans. One fan commented on her most recent Instagram picture, asking and asked if she had been to an anime conference based in Los Angeles, California, and she responded that only been to anime conventions in Idaho, but hopes to “go to many more with Johnny.”

Ella also reposted a meme to her Instagram Story, praising her man, Johnny for having her back when his friends made fun of her weight in the previous episode. Ella shared the meme and captioned it with “Told ya it’s love.”
While this prove that the duo are still in contact, it doesn’t suggest whether or not Johnny was able to make it to America. The duo might still be talking while they live in their respective countries. Fans will have to wait and see how things play out between the duo.
