It was claimed that the former Big Brother star took CCTV footage of the incident that happened on 2nd August 2020, which was taken by him in his garden, and then uploaded it to OnlyFans.
Harrison, who is 27 years old, revealed that she had not been aware that they were being recorded and asked Bear not to distribute the video when he presented it to her. Nonetheless, she went on to claim that he shared the clip on WhatsApp and then on OnlyFans.
Bear had initially rejected all allegations, yet today, a jury came to a uniform conclusion on two counts of exposing intimate pictures and videos with the intention of making the victim feel troubled.
He was convicted by a majority of 10 jurors to two for voyeurism. As a result, Bear could face as much as up to two years in prison.
And once the dust had settled down, this is what Harrison had to say: “I hope me taking a stand gives other men and women who have fallen victim to revenge porn the courage to seek justice and most importantly show them that they have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.”
Nevertheless, Bear alleged that the trial was never going to be a fair one. This was on the basis that he felt the media was already against him which made things even more difficult to prove his innocence.
The response on social media was very clear, however. A significant proportion of observers felt that the guilty verdict was warranted. And in the process of doing so, they slammed his actions.
One person wrote: “What an absolute twat turning up to court dressed like a p**p. Hope the little perv gets a jail sentence.”
