Los Ingobernables de Japon (LIJ) member and former three-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion “Time Bomb” Hiromu Takahashi enters Best of the Super Juniors 27 (BOSJ 27) as one of the favorites. The marquee match of the Power Struggle feature event put the 2,834 fans inside of Edion Arena Osaka #1 on the edge of their seat. It would be the fourth singles match (I, II, III) between Los Ingobernables de Japon (LIJ) leader IWGP Heavyweight and IWGP Intercontinental ‘Double Champion’ Tetsuya Naito and Bullet Club member Evil during 2020 since the latter betrayed his former unit.

The Road to Power Struggle continues at the legendary Korakuen Hall in Tokyo later this morning in the west, as New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) builds towards the Power Struggle feature event on November 7, 2020. One-third of the normal amount of seats will be available for the live audience due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus, 2019) pandemic.

IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi of the Los Ingobernables de Japon (LIJ) unit last defended the title on February 9, 2020 during The New Beginning in Osaka against Ryu Lee. At Summer Struggle in Jingu he makes his V2 defense of his third reign as champion against Bullet Club member (and former champion) Taiji Ishimori.
