Le Champion Chris Jericho leads the Inner Circle against the Jurassic Express in a trios match! Chris Jericho comes out to a particularly loud singalong to his theme. This crowd was trained pretty well by the concerts I see!
The Inner Circle (Chris Jericho, Santana & Ortiz) vs. The Jurassic Express (Luchasaurus, Jungleboy & Marko Stunt)
Jericho and Jungleboy start out, Jungle reminding Jericho of how he embarrassed him last year. Shot to the face, Jericho bails to the corner, tag to Ortiz! Step-up rana from Jungleboy, but he evades a dropkick and lets him fall to the mat! Ortiz rakes the back, Jungleboy with a chop to the chest, springing arm drag, standing dropkick! Luchasaurus tags in, throws Jungleboy into a Wheelbarrow Splash! Marko tags in, Frog Splash off Lucha’s shoulders! Cover but the ref didn’t see the tag! Santana tags in, Lucha throws Marko onto Santana’s shoulders, Jungleboy spins him into a Tornado DDT! Marko rips off the life preserver and throws it into the crowd! Chant of Marko!
Jungleboy tags in, chops to Santana. Luchasaurus tags in, chops. Santana tries to chop back but there’s no effect! He eats a big boot for a nearfall! Chant of Luchasaurus’ name.Tag to Marko who PUMMELS Santana in the corner! Tag to Jungleboy, snapmare, kick to the back! Backslide for a nearfall! Santana fights back, back suplex but Jungleboy lands on his feet, shoved to the corner where Jericho and Ortiz cheap shot him, Santana with a Russian Legsweep off the bottom rope for a nearfall! Jungle being worked over now, heat segment on as Inner Circle isolate him in their corner. Jungleboy trying to fight back during the commercial break but there’s nothing doing.
We come back and Jungle still being brutalized, Jericho stands on his hair to work him over.
Jungleboy just fighting to survive. Santana tags in, Pendulum Backbreaker, stretches him across the knee. Ortiz turns to the corner to yell THE BEST THE BEST THE BEST. Santana power whips Jungle to the corner. Takes him to the heel side for a tag to Jericho! Jungleboy chant, surprises Chris with a roll up for a nearfall! Jericho holding Jungle back from the tag, takes him up top, chop to the chest! And another and another! Goes up top! Superplex attempt but Jungle blocks it! Reverses and sends him to the mat! Crossbody for a nearfall!
Ortiz tags in, P-N-P with some double teams, Planking Splash from Ortiz for a nearfall. Jungle with chops and forearms aplenty, firing up! Running uppercut, Poison Rana to Ortiz! “All that hair” chant, the hair is indeed going wild in this wind. Jungle crawling towards his corner… Luchasaurus makes the hot tag! Jericho tags in as well and gets chopped to pieces! Big boot push kicks! Pop-up to Santana, Shining Lizard! Ortiz with a back rake but Lucha feels nothing! Big headbutt lays him out! Combo of kicks takes Santana out capped by the Tail Whip! Double Chokeslam to Jericho and Ortiz! Standing Moonsault for a nearfall!!!
Jake Hager appears at ringside.
Cheapshot to Lucha! Lucha responds and brawls up the ramp, sending Hager backwards! Marko tagged in just before he did! Up top, 450 Splash to Jericho!!! Verry narrow nearfall! “That was 3” chant, Marko with a sunset flip for a nearfall! Roll-up for another close one! Jericho with a Judas Effect out of nowhere and that is that!
