There are major developments in Major League Wrestling on MLW Fusion #103! MJF has something to say Ol’ Mancer, Hammerston defends his title against international star T-Hawk, and the “King of the Knockouts” is decided as Low Ki squares off against King Mo.

King of the Knockouts: Low Ki vs. King Mo
The 103rd episode opened with a recap of the Von Erichs vs. Team Filthy feud. First, we get the ending to #101 when the Von Erichs and Davey Boy Smith Jr ran out to help Killer Kross against Team Filthy and Tom Lawlor. Then we get the main event 8-man tag from #102 which ended in a big brawl and King Mo hitting Kross with a bat!
Apparently, King Mo was fined and suspended but his cornerman Dan Lambert said the decision was appealed and his client could fight Low Ki. For a guy who hasn’t been involved in the business long as a manager, Dan Lambert has the makings of a good mouthpiece. The guy can BS and upsell King Mo very well.
Prize Fight Challenge: Dominic Garrini vs. Dr. Dax
Garrini came out with Rip Von Erich (Kit Osbourne). I love a fake Von Erich. Before Garrini’s Prize Fight Challenge, Team Filthy-American Top Team talk their trash. Garrini’s challenge is for $1,000 if they can beat his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 5 minutes. King Mo says he’s putting Low Ki to sleep!
The Team Filthy shooter’s opponent for the challenge is Dr. Dax—who no longer looks like Abyss’ younger brother Void or something. Garrini is having trouble with Dax’s strength and size but manages to tap him out posthaste.

MJF is back! He’s here to diss Ol’ Mancer before their scheduled empty arena loser leaves MLW bout. This is your typical trailer park trash vs. rich boy showdown. MJF has gotten flustered with Mance Warner’s shenanigans and interference and explodes saying that he’s going to f*** Ol‘ Mancer-up!
Brian Pillman Jr was scheduled to face Jordan Oliver of Injustice but still hasn’t shown up. Usually, he’ll do an interview before his matches but nothing here.
MLW National Openweight Title: Alexander Hammerstone [c] vs. T-Hawk
Hammerstone is out for his eight defense of the National Openweight title against former Dragon Gate star and current OWE star, T-Hawk. The champ enters the match with his power approach but T-Hawk is known for having power to go along with his speed. This defense picks up after a period of feeling out with Hammerstone being weak against T-Hawk’s chops and T-Hawk not being ground down by Hammerstone’s strength.
The match was very even and there were moments where the MLW National Openweight title might have found a new owner. Normally, the larger more powerful wrestler gives up little or enough in a match but Hammerstone is keeping up his style of making every opponent seem like a legit challenger. He manages to hold on to the belt following a Nightmare Pendulum—vertical lift into a Rock Bottom—for the pin.

Major League Wrestling Presents: A Block of Promos
MLW tends to just…pack interviews and promo stuff back-to-back-to-back. We’re treated to a hype reel for Low Ki. The announcers are still waiting on Pillman. PWI gave their top 10 contenders to the Major League Wrestling. The top five are pretty much the same: Brian Pillman Jr, Tom Lawlor, Davey Boy Smith Jr, Myron Reed, the MLW World Middleweight champion and at number one, MLW National Openweight champion, Alexander Hammerstone.
Konnan is backstage with an interviewer to discuss the MLW/AAA Super Series which will be shown on MLW Fusion in the coming weeks. Ol’ Mancer sent in a promo from home it seems. He’s talking about his loser leaves MLW match against MJF.
Our backstage interviewer is concerned about Brian Pillman Jr as he hasn’t shown up yet. Injustice shows up and shows her a video then orders her to take it to the production truck.
Low Ki vs. King Mo
This wasn’t a bad match. King Mo is still super green but he’s a natural heel. He did well in setting up Low Ki for a leg injury by just dumping him out twice with raw power and instinct. Or clumsiness. All three? King Mo gets in his punches but he targets Low Ki’s leg throughout the match.
Lawlor helps Mo to his feet and leaves. Lambert tosses Low Ki’s corner towel in the ring while the referee is distracted by Team Filthy. Once the referee saw it, he gave the match to King Mo. This wasn’t your usual Low Ki-bombs-his-opponent-with-strikes and stomps them bout. King Mo looked like a threat throughout the match while Low Ki didn’t back down and used his experience to hang in there.
Looking at the match, Low Ki was Low Ki while King Mo is adapting to wrestling. Being in a program with Low Ki works since he’s more of King Mo’s style.

After the match, King Mo demands that the Philly crowd bows to him as the “King of Knockouts.” Tom Lawlor follows up King Mo’s demands. The video Injustice handed off is of them ambushing Brian Pillman Jr in the parking lot! Myron Reed stomps Pillman’s head into a cinderblock, taking him out of action.
Match of the Show: Alexander Hammerstone vs. T-Hawk
This match was very competitive and could’ve easily been tonight’s main event but lacked any build to it. Hammerstone vs. T-Hawk was pretty much a competitive title match—the kind that a promotion puts on TV when they need at least one good match.
