CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers here, looking to start another fun themed week off to a good start with some throwback spoilers. This week, we’re starting things off with an episode that’s not from the last few years. Nope, we’re being treated with one from September 30, 1994!
Who’da thunk we’d get a nearly thirty-year-old episode of B&B? What makes this even cooler is there’s a second one from the 90s that supposed to air next week, too
As an added bonus, this is the first time Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Ronn Moss). Considering how many times these two have been hitched since makes this all the more unique because it was early on in the show’s run when they still faced plenty of competitions from other networks and plenty of shows.
While their marriage didn’t survive, the show did. And that only makes this more awesome to see.

Extravaganza
No matter when or how many times, Ridge and Brooke know how to get married in style. A perfect example is this time, they not only stood next to a giant sandcastle, but Brooke arrived on horseback.
It’s this kind of pageantry that has defined daytime television for decades, and it’s great because it allows us to dive in and feel like we’re there. We get to live vicariously through the actors and enjoy their world. It’s an awesome thing to be a part of and a big reason why these shows have withstood the test of time.
If only there would be a happy ending just one time
The other shoe drops
Of course, nothing lasts forever in these shows, so while Ridge and Brooke are pledging their undying love and loyalty to each other, Ridge’s wife is locked away in Monaco.
Yep, at this time Ridge was still married, and his missus, Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo), was trying desperately to escape and/or let him know she’s alive and held prisoner by Prince Omar (Kabir Bedi).
What makes this especially heartwrenching is knowing that Ridge and Brooke are going to Monaco for their honeymoon, so rescue could be at hand.
Unfortunately, with the theme weeks, we probably won’t see the storyline continue. Such a pity. But until then, we’ll get to enjoy some of the other epic weddings B&B have to offer.
