Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Results and Recap! Tonight looks like it could be interesting, and we’re curious what to expect.
Time to get it started.
Seth Rollins and Dominic Mysterio Contract Signing
Samoa Joe started things off with a welcome and a contract signing for Seth Rollins and Dominic Mysterio.
He also pointed out he couldn’t use the proper adjectives for Rollins due to his professional status.
What’s cool here, even if it’s just symbolic, is Dominic will also sign a WWE contract.
Rollins came out first with Murphy, and Joe made sure to call him a cult leader before he introduced Dominic Mysterio with a great deal of respect.
Rollins started it off by calling Dominic a coward for coming out with a kendo stick.
Joe took it and said, “This will be safer with me.” He then gave Rollins a smile, and then dressed Rollins down for not being Seth “Freaking” Rollins, but a mad that got caught up in his feelings.
Joe slammed him and Murphy for taking and trying to take eyes. He called Rollins out for putting Dominic with no choice but to face him in the ring.
Rollins countered by saying he gave everyone a choice, and threatened Joe if he made the wrong choice like Rey, Dominic, and Aleister Black.
Rollins then cried that he didn’t have a choice because he tried to be Seth Freaking Rollins but he was crapped on by the fans.
Rollins then asked when is it going to be enough for us, and said it’ll never be enough.
Dominic then called him out for making excuses for what he did, and pointed out how he uses the “Greater good” as an excuse, and the greater good he fights for is for himself.
Rollins loses it
Rollins called Dominic ungrateful, as he was so close to becoming a superstar and it is all because of Rollins.
Dominic said that was his dream, but his ream is now to kick Rollins’ ass at SummerSlam.
Rollins laughed it off and claimed Dominic wouldn’t last ten seconds in a standard match with him.
Rollins then said he’d do Dominic a favor, and offered to allow Dominic to bring and use the kendo stick and anything else at SummerSlam so he and his family will have to excuse when he loses.
Rollins signed, and then so did Dominic while not taking his eyes off of Rollins.
Rollins offered congratulations for Dominic signing, and Rollins told him to get out of his ring so he can watch what Rollins will do to Humberto Carrillo.
He advised Dominic to take notes on what will happen to him at SummerSlam.
This sounds awfully like Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler’s Extreme Rules match stipulations, but WWE Raw Results and Recap are sure they’d never do a repeat gimmick match, right?
