WWE Smackdown Results returned as soon as Murphy jumped onto the apron, Rollins hit him with a right and knocked him to the floor.
Rey, Dominik, and Aalyah ran to Murphy’s side, but Murphy told them he’s got this.
Murphy got into the ring and missed with a running knee as the bell rang, and Rollins pushed him back into the corner and hit a series of strikes.
Murphy hit with a boot and took Rollins down, and the pair exchanged blows before getting to their feet.
Rollins dodged a knee strike in the corner, and Rollins pulled Murphy off the apron and threw him into the barricade and ring post before throwing him back in the ring.
Rollins then challenged the Mysterios before hitting a short clothesline on Murphy.
Rollins pressed him into the ropes and tied him up and slapped him. Rollins then rolled out of the ring and pulled a kendo stick out from under the ring.
Rey grabbed he kendo stick when Rollins tried to enter the ring, and Rollins hit with a right hand and bounced him off the announce table.
Dominik came to Rey’s aide and Rollins knocked him off he apron with a right and threw him into the barricade.
Murphy got loose and grabbed Rollins as he stomped Dominik and threw Rollins into the barricade and then into the ring before climbing to the top rope.
Rollins shoved him off the top rope and into the barricade, then approached Aalyah, causing her to trip and then laughed at her as we headed to commercial.
Murphy’s law
We returned to the action back in the ring and Rollins was still in control and he threw Murphy into eh turnbuckle and then hit an elbow.
Murphy caught Rollins on the top rope, but Rollins hit him with a kick and then a sling blade for a near pinfall.
Rollins dragged Murphy across the ropes, then climbed to the second rope to hammer away, but Murphy hit a kick to get loose.
Murphy threw Rollins out of the ring and hit a swinging dropkick followed by a swanton over the top rope.
Murphy threw him into the ring, but Rollins met hi on the top rope and hit a superplex and a float in for a falcon’s arrow for a near pinfall.
On the ring apron, Rollins tried to hit a suplex, but Murphy blocked it and they exchanged rights before Murphy hit with a kick and a knee.
Murphy was partially in the ring when Rollins hit a Stomp as Murphy was in the second rope for a pin attempt that Murphy got a foot on the rope.
Rollins shouted at Murphy that he gave him everything, and then hit a buckle bomb.
Rollins went for the Stomp, but Murphy caught him with a knee. Murphy dodged another Stomp and hit with a second knee, then he hit a Murphy’s Law for the pin.
Boss time
WWE Smackdown Results returned as Asuka and Sasha Banks were in the ring for an interview.
Michael Cole introduced them, and said it’s not just championvs. Champion, but an end to a bitter rivalry that started when Banks won the Raw Championship.
Asuka said she’s not the boss of her, and Banks asked her to be quit for Cole to ask her a question.
Cole asked her is Asuka has her number, and Banks responded that it’s always Boss Time but Asuka shot out a couple of jokes.
Banks reminded her she’s the best of the best and Asuka said she can’t see her.
Banks said she can see her, and if Asuka wants to keep running her mouth they don’t have to wait for Sunday.
Asuka told her she’s not ready for Asuka, and while Banks was telling her she’s always ready, Carmella attacked Banks from behind and hung her in a Tree of Woe while she kicked away.
Carmella yelled at her that she warned her to watch her back, and then added Boss Time is over and hit with a superkick while Asuka watched.
Carmella headed to the back with her point once more made. Anyone besides WWE Smackdown Results see this coming?
