Hello and welcome to WWE Smackdown Results!
This should be a fun episode as the aftermath of Survivor Series is going to be felt by a few of the superstars.
Let’s jump into the action.
The show started off without a video recap of Survivor Series, which was odd, but Jimmy Uso came out to the ring to kick things off.
He started off by saying that everyone is talking about saying farewell to the Undertaker when we should be talking about how Roman Reigns represented Smackdown and the bloodline.
He pointed out how Drew McIntyre beat Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton, but he’ll always be second to Reigns.
Jey started to introduce Reigns, but Reigns’ music started and cut him off.
Reigns came out with Paul Heyman and Jey looked like he had to force a proud smile.
Once in the ring, Reigns held his hand out fo the mic and Heyman gave it to him.
Family unity
Reigns then said, “Play it,” and showed a clip from Survivor Series where he told Jey Team Smackdown lost because Jey couldn’t make them respect him, and if he can’t get them to respect him then Jey doesn’t belong at his table.
He then told him to get his brother and to get out of his arena.
The recap we expected right off continued as we were shown the highlights of Reigns and McIntyre’s match.
Especially the ending where Jey Uso ran in and hit McInytre with a low blow and superkick and Reigns locked in a guillotine for the win.
It concluded by showing Reigns forgiving Jey at the end of the pay-per-view.
Reigns then pointed out how he told him to leave and he didn’t. He then asked if he ever asked for his help against McIntyre.
Reigns then asked the important question about why did Jey think he and Reigns’ Team Smackdown lose.
Jey told him they didn’t listen to him, and Reigns said they didn’t listen because they don’t fear or respect him.
He added that if they don’t respect Jey, then they don’t respect the family, and he asked if he’s not the head of the table then he must be a b—- in the locker room begging for Thanksgiving leftovers.
Reigns challenged Jey on how their family looks at him, then asked if Reigns looks like that to him.
Reigns added that makes him feel with his failures and he doesn’t like how Jey is making him feel.
Reigns then left the ring, and it looks like Jey’s going to be going after Team Smackdown throughout the night.
Time to strike
As Jey left the ring holding his head. Otis, a Survivor Series teammate came out for a match.
Jey eyed Otis as he walked by and Otis headed to the ring. Jey then attacked Otis from behind with a steel chair.
He nailed Otis about a dozen times on his chest and back before choking him with the chair and nailing him again while shouting at Otis as we headed to commercial.
Looks like WWE Smackdown Results didn’t have to wait long for Jey to start taking people out.
