This week on NXT, WALTER returned to American soil with the NXT UK Championship proudly in hand. However, due to the taped nature of NXT UK, he is still going to be showing up on this program as well, as a champion should.
With 713+ days as champion, he’s even smashed the reign of Pete Dunne. Joe Coffey, Dave Mastiff, Tyler Bate, Pete Dunne, Ilja Dragunov, and A-Kid have all failed to beat him, and now he wants a new challenger.
WALTER Wants A New Challenger
WALTER would get some microphone time on this week’s episode of NXT UK, and he’d simply remind us that he’s taken out every single man who’s gotten in front of him. He’d demand that Johnny Saint looks the world over, and find WALTER a new challenge.
WALTER wants someone who is perfectly ready to step into the ring with him, and face his might. However, he wouldn’t need to have Johnny Saint search the world, as that perfect challenger has been in NXT UK for months. He’s been waiting for this exact moment, and his music would hit, as if on cue.
Rampage Brown Wants The Next Shot At The NXT UK Championship
That one man is someone who is currently undefeated in NXT UK, and who has beaten WALTER in the past. It’s Rampage Brown. Brown has a 5-0 record in NXT UK, having taken down Jack Starz, Saxon Huxley, Josh Morrell, and two men that WALTER boasted wins over in Dave Mastiff & Joe Coffey.
Saint doesn’t need to look around the world, just in the ring because WALTER has never beaten Rampage Brown in NXT UK. He’d tell WALTER that when he’s ready to face Brown, he’s waiting. He’s ready, and has been since the day he made it to NXT UK.
Brown would see the cheap shot from WALTER coming, and shove him to the mat with ease. We’ve never seen anyone manhandle WALTER like that, and Brown knows he can do the same in the ring.
