WWE Raw Results returned as backstage, Riddle was asked if Retribution’s numbers came will cause problems with his match tonight and he said he’s ready for Slapjack.
His concern is where to park his scooter because Ali will break it.
He greeted the New Day as they came in the back and they talked about playing games later and asked them to keep his scooter safe until he’s done with his match.
Riddle vs. Slapjack w/Mustafa Ali
Riddle started it off by countering Slapjack’s charge with a gut wrench suplex and then a a flying forearm and an exploder.
Slapjack ducked Riddle’s running kick and rolled out of the way of his standing moonsault, but Riddle caught him with a BroTon and then a running kick.
Slapjack rolled to the floor where Ali berated him about how he beat Riddle single handedly.
Riddle then went for a running kick on the apron, but Slapjack punched his foot and then swung his leg out so Riddle face planted on the apron.
Slapjack suplexed Riddle onto the apron and they rolled into the ring where Slapjack kicked Riddle but the ate one before hitting a snap suplex out of the corner and a type of falcon’s arrow for a near pinfall.
Riddle hit some strikes and ran off the ropes and into a dropkick for a near pinfall.
Slapjack caught Riddle with a knee then kicked his left thigh, and hit a snap suplex.
Slapjack headed to the top rope but Riddle caught him and after a few rights Riddle tried for an exploder. Slapjack knocked Riddle to the mat with a headbutt.
Close call
Riddle countered Slapjack’s missile dropkick by catching him and slamming him to the mat, then hitting a Final Flash Knee for a near pinfall.
Slapjack flipped out of a slam attempt and hit a running knee for a near pinfall, and Riddle hit with a Final Flash and a Bro Derek for the win.
After the match, Ali continued berating Slapjack for not listening to him and told him he doesn’t belong.
WWE Raw Results can’t wait to see Retribution rebel against Ali; maybe is he loses hit United States Championship attempt next week?
Ali’s been firing on all cylinders with this persona, but it feels like he could be so much more powerful than a wannabe type of leader and forcing down a revolt could help him in that regard.
