WWE Raw Results returned and Rhea Ripley was congratulated on her win and her title defense tonight.
She said it’s about being confident in herself that led to her challenging Asuka and then beating her for the Raw Women’s Championship.
She said last night was the beginning of a new order in the WWE women’s division.
Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander vs. The Viking Raiders (Erik and Ivar)
It’s awesome to see Erik and Ivar back after their injuries and together again. This is going to be a fun one.
Alexander started it off against Ivar and after hitting a couple of shots to Ivar’s midsection, Ivar grabbed Alexander and threw him into their corner and hammered away with his own shots.
Erik came in and Ivar body slammed Alexander, and Erik body slammed Ivar onto him. Just like old times.
Benjamin tagged in and Benjamin knocked Ivar off the apron while Alexander hit Ivar with a chop block.
Benjamin then hit Ivar with a knee strike for a pin attempt, but Ivar kicked out at two.
Benjamin then hit two body slams and kicked Ivar before he picked him up and hit with another knee from a front face lock.
Benjamin hit a snap suplez for a near pinfall.
Staking a claim
Alexander tagged in and hit with a right and shoulders to Erik’s midsection and then a knee strike.
Erik hit a huge right hand and backed Alexander into a corner where Alexander was able to hammer him down before hitting his own right.
Alexander whipped him into the ropes, but Erik grabbed him and Alexander had to hit a series of elbows to break the hold and tag Benjamin in.
Erik fought out of the corner and hit a knee on Alexander, but Benjamin caught him with an Olympic Slam for a near pinfall.
Alexander tagged in and hit an elbow and locked Erik in a front face lock, but Erik flipped him over and hit a knee before both collapsed.
Ivar’s the difference
Both made the tag and Ivar hammered away on Benjamin and hit a pair of shoulder blocks off the ropes, then a sidewalk slam and splash off the ropes.
Benjamin caught him with a knee, but Ivar hit a senton splash in the corner.
Benjamin backed him into the corner and Ivar hit Benjamin and Alexander with a double clothesline.
Erik tagged in and he dropped Ivar onto Alexander in the corner, then hit the Viking Experience on Alexander for the win.
This was a fun match to see the Viking Raiders to come back with, and WWE Raw Results loved every second of it.
