For weeks now, Scorpio Sky & Ethan Page have been waging war on Sting and the now former TNT Champion, Darby Allin. From taking the knee of Sting out, to throwing Darby Allin down concrete steps, they’ve done a lot to damage the duo who stopped Team Taz. Tonight, they have some interview time to explain why they’re doing this.
Scorpio Sky Will Take Sting Down, And Ethan Page Intends To Be The Final Nail In Darby’s Coffin
As a kid, Scorpio Sky looked up to Sting. He was his hero, and he wanted to be just like him when he grew up. However, something has happened since then. Time passed, and Sting isn’t the man he used to be, yet he’s still hogging the spotlight on shows like AEW Dynamite. It’s time for Sting to step aside, or Sky will take him down.
Page would remind Sky that he showed that he can keep Sting down with a heel hook. That led to Sting missing a week, and that was the week Page threw Allin down the steps. Miro is TNT Champion because of Page injuring Allin, but he doesn’t want that championship anyways. He wants to be the final nail in the coffin of Darby Allin, the one who keeps him down.
Revenge Always Comes When You Insult A Legend
As if on cue, the music of Sting would hit. He’d make his way slowly to the ring, giving Darby Allin time to get in position. Skateboard in hand, he’d get Page in the back. Allin & Page brawled, as Sky was the target of Sting. This attack from behind took them down, and Sky would be locked in the Scorpion Deathlock.
Page was kept at bay by Darby Allin and the skateboard, which had his name on it. Sky would tap out in the ring, and Sting let him go. That submission doesn’t count tonight, but it might soon. Sky & Page wanted to flee to the back, but The Dark Order cut off their escape and forced an alternative route.
