The two came out as an item just last month. However, fans were shocked by the news given the relatively low-key nature of Natalie’s life. The latter is not an actress, unlike the previous stars that the Man of Steel has dated. And that has caused fans to make widespread assumptions, much to the couple’s detriment.
In a post to his fans on Instagram, Henry noticed how the comments were becoming negative. He said: “I couldn’t help but notice that there has been some social animosity of late…There has been lots of, let’s call it speculation for now, about my private life and professional partnerships.”
Henry did not go on to address the assumptions that were being made, but it is easy to speculate. First, Henry has had a whole host of relationships in the past. This begs the question of whether this is simply another one to go with the rest, especially since Natalie is not a high profile celebrity.
Secondly, Natalie is going to enter into a world where the spotlight is inadvertently going to be on her by virtue of her association with Henry. That has left questions over whether she can handle the attention that will come her way. Regardless, Henry called on his fans to hold back on their vocal views.
He added: “So, to you out there who are expressing your disdain and showing your displeasure…it’s time to stop.” Despite the negativity coming the couple’s way, we know that Natalie is certainly a match for Superman. We only have to look at their previous social media posts.
In the post here, we can see Natalie taking on Henry in an intense game of chess. The post was captioned by the following words: “This is me looking quietly confident shortly before my beautiful and brilliant love Natalie destroys me at chess.” Their relationship is still in the early stages, but if they can put up with the trolls, then they will be just fine.
