Tonight is the first real test of MJF as AEW World Champion, as he enters a sixty minute Ironman Match. It’s well known that his opponent Bryan Danielson is perhaps the best wrestler in the world – and many think that MJF simply can’t hang with him for an hour. This is a match that is perfectly suited to Danielson, a man who can end a match with hundreds of possible submissions – while MJF can only win by using the Dynamite Diamond Ring or the Salt Of The Earth Armbar. However, MJF has a chip on his shoulder – and knows Danielson will put him through hell tonight, but is that such a bad fate for a man who calls himself the devil?
