WWE Raw Results returned as Angel Garza was in a photoshoot when Drew Gulak came up to him and asked if it’s a joke to him.
He said what happened last week has never happened to anyone in WWE history and he embarrassed and humiliated him.
Gulak said it won’t happen again, and Garza told him that next time he may shove his beautiful rose down his throat.
Rhea Ripley vs. Asuka
The match started with a lockup and Ripley backed Asuka into a corner, and Asuka tried to hit a spinning backhand but Ripley ducked and mocked Asuka
Asuka took her down with a leg sweep, then threw her across the ring. Ripley then returned the favor by tossing Asuka across the ring.
Asuka went for an armbar, but Ripley made it to the ropes to break the hold. She then hit a swinging dropkick through the ropes and threw Asuka into the ring as Charlotte Flair came out.
Asuka hit a spinning backhand as we headed to commercial.
Asuka closes the gap
Back from commercial, they’re back in the ring and Flair has joined the announce team and Ripley in control in the ring.
When asked, Flair admitted she asked for this match because she never gets enough of them.
In the ring, Ripley hit s series of shoulders on Asuka in the corner, and then choked her out in the ropes in front of Flair.
Ripley kicked Asuka from every angle while Flair defended her position.
Asuka slipped to the floor and Ripley followed her out, and Asuka hit a sliding knee before throwing Ripley into the ring for a pin attempt.
Asuka tried to lock in the Asuka Lock but Ripley threw her to the floor. Asuka yelled at Flair and Ripley hit her with a headbutt and sent her into the ring.
After trading pin attempts, Ripley and Asuka rolled to the floor and Ripley got into Flair’s face.
Asuka hit a hip attack off the announce desk and she rolled Ripley into the ring to hit a missile dropkick for a pin attempt.
Ripley caught her next hip attack and hit a Riptide for the win.
This was a pretty good match, though WWE Raw Results would enjoy going a few weeks without someone joining the commentary team so they can impact the match.
Backstage, Drew McIntyre was asked about why he attacked Lashley and Strowman last week until Strowman put his hands on him.
He added he heard about MVP’s business offer and said he’ll deal with it if it happens but tonight he’s going to focus on his match.
