Nikki Bella has opened up on how her wedding plans have been going with the mounting expectancy on her to finally marry Artem Chigvintsev.
Nikki Bella Looking To Get Married This Fall
The duo’s relationship went to the next stage when Nikki gave birth to their son Matteo last year. While they had hoped to have tied the knot in the aftermath of that period, the pandemic has disrupted those plans. They have had to put their plans on the back burner, but with things looking on the up, Nikki has let her fans know that they could expect something soon.
During an interview with Us Weekly, she said: “We’re like, ‘Should we just start to wedding plan now?’ The world is opening up… so it makes us feel very confident to have a wedding.” So when can we expect the duo to walk down the aisle? Well, Nikki has set her sights on the upcoming Autumn as a perfect way to confirm her love for Artem.
This is significant for several reasons. First of all, it will be in a similar timeframe as to when Matteo was born. Not only that, it will be near to the upcoming Christmas festivities that are bound to get the whole family excited. With those plans in mind, Nikki is hoping to make things extra special.
She added: “It’s going to make — when we do have our wedding — extra special for everyone just because it’s been a long time I’ve seen a lot of people. Hopefully, we’ll still get married in the fall.” But it is not just their wedding they have to look forward to. The couple have decided to move house in order to settle down as a family.
Rather than buying one, the pair have decided to build one from scratch. Nikki is hoping that this will top off her wish for a new life with Artem. She continued: “We’re building our home right now … and everything you’ve created now will be starting to come to life.”
