‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out with some fun spoilery goodies.
It looks like we’re getting another character building episode, but we’re also going to see a couple of interesting angles continue and a touching welcome home.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, July 30: Two heads cause more trouble
Yep, it’s that time again.
Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) are going to spend the episode figuring out how best to tackle Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
While we have no problem in trying to take Adam down previously, at the moment he’s trying to be a good person and give them both a chance while setting boundaries.
So of course, he’s got to be planning something himself.
It’s amazing that it wasn’t that long ago where Chloe risked going to jail for her part in poisoning Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and she seems to have forgotten that.
So, they’re going to put their heads together and plan for a possible Adam maneuver when there isn’t one, and that’s why their next attempt will ultimately fail.
But ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think it’ll be fun to watch them try.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, July 30: Rey’s homecoming
Rey’s been gone for a little bit and while it wasn’t very long, it was long enough for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) to reenter Adam’s orbit.
To be fair, it wasn’t her fault, but it’s just another way the writers seem to not want anyone happy. They’re either handing out diseases of wrecking relationships right and left.
While such storytelling is the backbone of any soap opera, it’d be nice if one of the newer couples were given more time to enjoy themselves.
Still, they are keeping a couple others together, and Sharon’s trying as hard as she can as she’ll welcome Rey home with open arms.
We expect her to have a huge party planned or he’ll surprise her by returning early and they’ll spend a quiet evening together to celebrate his return.
There’s plenty happening to keep us guessing, so what do you think Chelsea and Chloe will come up with for Adam?
