‘Seeking Sister Wife‘ Spoilers reveal that Winder family is NOT leaving the show. On Tuesday, they shared to Instagram their experience with reality TV, explaining that it as been an “interesting experience.” The Winders also never featured on the TLC show to look for a sister wife.
They just wanted to raise awareness about their lifestyle and beliefs. Their post seemed to announce that they were leaving the show, but they soon edited it to clarifying that they are not leaving.
‘Seeking Sister Wife’: The Winders’ Experience
When the Winders joined the TV show in season 2, their goal was to come out of plural family. The wanted to share the truth. Colton and Tami had a toddler daughter, Sadie. They married Sophie a year before they had Sadie. As the plural family took small steps to reveal their true selves, they started looking for a third wife. However, that turned out unsuccessful.
By the third season of the show, the Winders had moved into a new home, and Sophie was pregnant. At the time, Tami was struggling with infertility so she and Sophie bonded. The duo had also been talking to a potential sister wife, Kimberley from North Carolina. They hoped to get her out to Utah a few months before the birth of Ephraim. While COVID stopped their plans, she eventually made it.
Even though everyone like Kimberly, the patriarch, Colton didn’t feel connected to her, so it didn’t work out. The Winders are hoping that Tami would end up pregnant and God would guide them to their next chapter.
‘Seeking Sister Wife’: Are The Winders Leaving Or Staying?
A lot of viewers have learned from another TLC show, Sister Wives that polygamy in Utah is the equivalent of a traffic ticket now. The Winders wrote in their post that, “This season of Seeking Sister Wife is closed for us with last night’s episode. We don’t know what the future holds, but we’re excited to see what will come next.” They concluded by saying that they would continue to update their fans via social media.
When fans saw this, they were upset that the Winders were leaving the show. However, the family quickly edited the post, saying that they were not leaving, and it was only a misunderstanding. Did they reveal information too quickly or did they break an NDA?
