    WWE Smackdown Results (7/2) – Bianca Belair and Bayley to Meet in an I Quit Match at MITB; Last Man Standing MITB Qualification Match – Kevin Owens Defeated Sami Zayn in an Epic Match

    WWE Smackdown Results returned as Bayley headed to the ring and said she’s not the type of person to brag and say she told us so, but she told us so.

    She called Bianca Belair’s win at HIAC was luck and she proved it last week.

    She said Belair is strong, but mentally she’s weak and Bayley then compared their days as champion and pointed out how Belair is crumbling under the weight of expectations and she’d better get it together.

    As soon as she said Belair was nothing to her and will never be, Belair’s music started and she came out.

    Belair told Bayley she needs a good crack in the mouth, because she keeps beating Bayley but she won’t move on; that Bayley’s obsessed with her.

    Belair admitted Bayley’s in her head because no matter how many times she beats her Bayley will come up with excuses.

    She’ll embarrass Bayley to the point of no return and challenged Bayley to a championship match at MITB in a I Quit Match.

    Bayley tried to laugh it off, then told Belair this is what she wanted to do her entire life and she accomplished everything she wanted.

    Bayley said if Belair beats her she’d probably quit wrestler, but she wouldn’t be surprised if Belair quits and she accepted.

    Backstage, Jimmy told Heyman Edge is waiting to jump on Reigns, and Jimmy said he’s going to call out Edge and beat him all over the place.

    Last Man Standing MITB Qualification Match – Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn

    This started fast with Owens taking Zayn down and pounding and stomping on him, the hitting a cannonball to force Zayn to roll to the floor.

    Owens followed him and bounced Zayn off the barricade a couple of times. Zayne reversed a whip into the barricade and hit a clothesline to buy some time.

    Owens backdropped Zayn over the barricade and bounced Zayn’s head off the Thunderdome screens a handful of times and then hit a swanton off the barricade.

    Owen threw him onto the announce desk when Zayn got up at the count of 6, and climbed onto the barricade, but Zayn caught him and threw him onto the announce table and Owens bounced to the floor as we headed to commercial.

    Back from the break, they’re back in the ring and Owens hit a series of shoulders on Zayn in the corner.

    Owens hit a series of rights and a chop to drop Zayn and Zayn rolled to the floor as the ref counted. Owens drove him into the ring post back first, then family parts first.

    After Owens nailed a couple of rights, he pulled a couple of tables out from under the ring and stacked them up on the floor.

    Owens climbed to the top rope and tried to superplex Zayn onto the table, but Zayn fought him off and knocked Owens off the top rope.

    Zayn then hit a dive over the top rope on Owens, and then hammered away on Owens when he rolled back into the ring.

    Zayn hit an exploder into the corner and the ref counted both before they got to their feet. Owens countered a superplex attempt with a creative inverted fisherman superplex.

    Owens hit a couple of superkicks and put him on the top rope, but Zayn shoved Owens over so he went through the table stack he set up but Owens made it to his feet at a 9 count as we headed to commercial

    Owens fights on

    Back from commercial, they’re on the floor and Zayn set up another table and pummeled Owens.

    Zayne went for a suplex off the ring steps and through a table was countered when Owens bounced him face first off the ring post.

    Zayn countered a stunner attempt on the ring apron with a snapdragon suplex, but Owens made it to his feet at a 7 count.

    Zayn met him with a Helluva Kick but Owens got to his feet. A second Helluva Kick followed, and Zayn propped him in the corner to his a third Helluva Kick.

    Owens rolled to the floor and landed on his feet at the count of 9.

    Zayn tried to launch through the ropes but Owens caught him with a superkick and then a pop up power bomb and a stunner that sent Zayn to the floor.

    Zayn begged for mercy and asked how they got there and Owens told him it was karma as he power bombed him through the announce table, the table Zayn set up and then onto the apron.

    This time Zayn stayed down and Owens won an awesome match. This is the type of match that took WWE Smackdown Results back to the Attitude Era. Great job, gentleman and thank you.
