After last week’s return of Kenny Omega. It felt like it could have been a one off for the announcement of more AEW game information and their upcoming game event. After this week’s BTE it looks like Kenny Omega is here to stay in BTE.
Although he isn’t playing his heel character in BTE. We get to see a side of Kenny Omega we haven’t seen on BTE for a while. Although some may not like this due to it taking out the immersion of the Dynamite. It is great to see the two sides of Kenny Omega.
Joining the Bucks with the Custom Jordans
It was revealed in this episode in BTW after Kenny Omega went down nostalgia lane. Opening old school WCW cards with the likes of Sting and Arn Anderson in. Kenny Omega now has his own pair of custom Jordans. With him joining the Young Bucks with owning a pair of custom trainers. The Jordans were red and black with the logo Omega sign.
Did Kenny take a dig at the AEW roster?
Although this was a heartfelt moment on BTE. There might have been some cribs of heel Kenny Omega there. As he went through the cards he mentioned that half the cards were part of the current Roster. These being Sting and Arn Anderson.
This could be nothing but due to a lot of fans mentioning that AEW are getting too many of the older Legends. It might have Kenny Omegas slight nod to the Legends joining the company.
