‘Counting On’ Spoilers finds that Josh Duggar, from TLC’s Counting On, has made some remarks about the child pornography on his business computers. His legal team has been trying desperately to get this case thrown out and now Duggar is claiming that the reason that there was pornography on his computer is that his employees were watching it! We have heard it all now!

When Homeland Security officers searched Duggar’s car dealership, they took all of the computers as well. These computers had many files and videos of child pornography uploaded onto them and his IP address was linked to these sites as well.

Josh claims that he is not guilty of looking at child pornography and now he is telling his legal team that it was his staff that was looking at the pornography.
His team has made many motions this week and now this one states, “federal agents failed to persevere any evidence whatsoever from the devices” at the dealership. Duggar commented that there were three other people who also use those computers and the wireless internet there.
This information comes from Duggar as one of the employees, who is being called Witness #1, is getting ready to testify against Duggar. This witness worked for Duggar and even told lawyers that sometimes he would stay overnight at the car dealership and most of the time Duggar was unaware of him staying there.
The witness also said they, “admitted to viewing adult pornography through websites he accessed through the internet on his cellular phone.” This witness’s cellular phone was searched and there was no child pornography found on it. Of course, Duggar’s lawyers think that it had been wiped from the phone before feds could get to the evidence.
Witnesses 2 and 3 also had their phones searched for evidence and there was nothing like child pornography on their phones either. Of course, Duggar’s team feels that they wiped their phones as well. His team thinks that the judge should dismiss the case because there isn’t enough evidence and Duggar claims that everything was done by his staff members.
The legal team also feels that Duggar was questioned without an attorney present and this is grounds for throwing out the case as well.
