‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set for a fun time with some spoilery goodies to share.
This episode looks like it’s going to be a character building one, but there’s plenty of potential for some cool plot twists, so let’s dig in.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, September 28: Mutual understanding
If there’s one thing we can count on in this show is for people to overshare and then try to hash things out.
In this case, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) are going to have a discussion about unfinished business, and it could lead to a couple of possibilities.
The first and most likely one is they’ll continue talking about their mutual feelings they have, which would continue a storyline that was laid to rest last week.
So because of that, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think they’ll pick up talking about their children getting married and how in a way it’s what they could’ve had.
They’ll be happy and proud, and Jack will live vicariously through them.
This will also tease a possible future remarriage between them should things with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) take a sideways turn.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, September 28: Peace it is
It’s taken a while and plenty of patience from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), but it looks like Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will agree on a truce.
This may be more along the lines of a wedding present from Adam, but it’s going to be something that’ll surprise a lot of people.
It may even be legitimate on Adam’s part as he’s worked hard to be a better person despite Victor trying to lure him to the dark side to do his bidding.
This could also be the next step in the younger Newmans finding a way to force Victor out at some point since we doubt he’ll leave voluntarily.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, September 28: Amanda’s move
Looks like Amanda Sinclair (Michael Morgan) will be moving into Devon Hamilton (Bryton James)’s penthouse and this will be a comforting scene amid possible chaos as she settles in.
There’s little doubt Devon will spend the episode making her feel comfortable since they love mining perfect moments out of the most mundane of things, but we expect this will serve a greater purpose.
Like setting Amanda up for a huge fall when Devon and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) become an item down the road?
