For months now, Hit Row & Legado Del Fantasma have been at war. Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott might not be defending his NXT North American Championship against any of their members, but B-Fab is set for a singles clash with the newest member of LDF. She didn’t impress much in her debut match, but tonight will have to dial it up to take on the powerhouse that is Elektra Lopez – and it’s under No DQ rules.
Hit Row Runs Down The Card
Before the match, Adonis would remind everyone that tonight is all about the ladies of NXT 2.0 – including two championship matches. Swerve would remind everyone that he’s not defending tonight – because no one is coming for him. Roderick Strong also gets to defend the NXT Cruiserweight Championship. However everyone better keep their eyes on B-Fab.
They’d start the fight before they even hit the ring – with the only rule being they need to win in the ring. Lopez drove a knee strike into the midsection of B-Fab, before taking a dropkick and being sent to the outside. B-Fab came off the apron with a double axe handle, before Lopez grabbed a trash can. She wouldn’t get to use it, but B-Fab was rammed into the steps. LDF & Hit Row exploded into an all out brawl as we went to a commercial break.
Elektra Lopez Gets The Win
Back from the break, Lopez was choking B-Fab in the corner. They were alone at this point, and Lopez grabbed a table. B-Fab would try to stop Lopez before having the table driven into the gut. Lopez was shoved into the corner, before having her leg snapped over the table leg. B-Fab was dropped again, and Lopez filled the ring with chairs and kendo sticks.
Lopez would scoop slam B-Fab onto two different chairs, before setting one up upside down. B-Fab would make a comeback and get some shots with the kendo stick. She’d set up the chair, and get crossbodied through it. B-Fab was thrown onto the steel chair, before being planted with a Blue Thunder Bomb for the win.
This was not good. Neither woman is good enough to do a match like this, and it was incredibly sloppy with a lot of unsafe moments. Match Rating: 1/5 (*)
