American internet celebrity Dave Portnoy has denied the accusations that have emerged over his alleged sexual interactions with another women.

Dave, for his part, has been accused of engaging in inappropriate sexual behaviour by a woman referred to as Madison. This incident was alleged to have occurred when she was 20 when they got to know each other on social media.
And before you know it, she ended up coming to see him, after which the incident was claimed to have taken place. According to an article published in Business Insider, Madison claimed Dave did the following things to her.
Her text messages to her friend stated: “It was so rough I felt like I was being raped he videotaped me and spit in my mouth and choked me so hard I couldn’t breathe.”
In response, Dave denied that anything happened of the sort. Although he admitted having sex with a woman, who could have been Madison, he rejected claims that his behaviour had crossed the line.
He spoke on how everything was done in a consensual manner, and at no point did he feel that the other person was objecting to anything.
In an official statement, he said: “At no point during it, no point, was it not 100 percent consensual. At no point did she ask me to stop.
“There was no weirdness after. It was a totally fine, normal interaction. Sexual 100 percent consensual.” Nevertheless, Dave’s reputation has already been damaged by this. He admitted that he took eight months in order to create a rebuttal against this accusation.
In the meantime, there has been speculation over whether he will suffer from having any brands refusing to work with him ever again. After all, he has close to 4 million followers on Instagram and, therefore, a lot to lose.
And for Dave, he sees himself as being a victim of the whole cancel culture movement. He added: “[There were] serious allegations painting me really as a sexual deviant.
“I know cancel culture has been coming for me for a decade, this is just the next iteration.”
