At NXT: WarGames, Joe Gacy challenges for the NXT Cruiserweight Championship, weight limits be damned! However tonight, he is inviting the entire NXT Universe to an all-inclusive invitational. With Harland by his side, even Diamond Mine fears him. He will make the ring a safe space for all, but will anyone actually want that?
Joe Gacy Gets Interrupted By Diamond Mine
Gacy would show the future of the NXT Cruiserweight Championship. Roderick Strong made an unrealistic and toxic environment. Tonight, there are three people who will help him reshape the division. First up is someone of a cruiserweight size, who would be run down with a big boot and planted with a Uranage. One gutwrench bomb, and this one was over.
Two to go, and next we’d get some intergender action. She’d get ready to take Gacy down, and Diamond Mine would come to the ring. At WarGames, they’ll shut him up for good. Gacy would be suckerpunched in the ring, but came back with a big lariat. Harland saved Gacy from The Creed Brothers – and this one will finish on Sunday.
Solo Sikoa Takes On Edris Enofe
Edris Enofe is a self made man. He’s a US Army veteran, and after that he shifted his focus to becoming a WWE superstar. Tonight, he goes one on one with Solo Sikoa – another man who had to take his own path. While Sikoa respects Enofe, he will still crush him. Boa was looking for aid from Sikoa, but Sikoa did not know Chinese and had a match to get too.
Enofe & Sikoa would lock up, before Sikoa shoved Enofe off and nailed a shoulder tackle. Sikoa would grab the wrist of Enofe, and Robert Stone was looking on. Enofe was chopped down with some legkicks, before going for a crossbody and being planted with a spin out slam for a two count.
Sikoa would hit a roundhouse kick, but Enofe isn’t giving up. He’d get up and fight, being taken down by another six strikes before a running senton. Enofe would finally hit the crossbody, before nailing a quick DDT. He’d head to the top rope, and look for the 450 Splash and missed.
Landing on his feet, he’d be taken into a Samoan Drop before the splash for the win. After the match, Boa would attack Sikoa, and Enofe when he came to his aid. It didn’t take much to drive him off.
