In a recent episode of Selling Sunset, a Reality TV show on Netflix where real estate agents sell to their buyers, Chrishell Stause and Robert Drenk were out on a blind date, that from the looks of things, didn’t go well.
The episode showed the two out on a yacht and in the background, the cast were seen dancing – Chrishell had stood up to join them, and Drenk lifted her off the dance floor so they could “get to know each other.”
Chrishell Stause And Robert Drenk Were Out On A Blind Date
The barter between Stause and Drenk started when Stause responded to a fan on Twitter who brought up the date, and the dance of the cast. Stause responded saying, “Okay, but in our defense, this is not a song we danced to. A petition to publish an unedited dancing footage Bc agreed we look maniac.”
Drenk replied, “In your defense would you say the real reason the date went sideways from the second I showed up was because your boyfriend Jason was right there? I guess hiding your man from the man that came to a blind date makes for lots of cringe.”
Drenk believes that the real reason the date with Chrishell didn’t go well was because she was already involved with her current boyfriend—Jason Oppenheim, who is also their boss and owner of Oppenheim homes.
Stause on the other hand, maintains that she wasn’t with Jason at that time and only reacted that way because Drenk was being “rude” and he carried her.
“Robert take your L. You never pick up a woman without permission and if she wants to leave, refusing to get up to let me out was ridiculous.” Stause responded, “Jason and did hook up in Vegas that weekend actually after he had put it out there but I wasn’t sure. Thank you for showing me what I did NOT want.”
Drenk, in explaining his side of the story on Instagram, explained that he didn’t mean to disrespect Stause by picking her up-he just wanted to be sweet and show interest. Chrishell’s response to this was to plead with Drenk to stop tagging her as, “she was single. He was rude. It wasn’t a match. Lets move on please.”
