Impact Wrestling Results returned as we continued reliving Rebellion as Kenny Omega defeated Rich Swann for the Impact World Championship was replayed.
D’Amore praised the match as it led to Christian Cage coming back to win the title from Omega, then lose it to Josh Alexander, who then lost it to Moose.
And the winner of the Knockout Match of the Year is… Deonna Purrazzo vs. Mickie James for the Knockouts Championship at Bound For Glory.

A recap of their match followed the announcement and it’s just as awesome to watch now as it was then. We’re stoked to see them face off again at Hard To Kill and it’s going to be an awesome match.
Trey gets his match
Backstage, Trey Miguel hammered on D’Amore’s door when Gail Kim came up to him and Trey demanded a match against Steve Macklin so he can prove he can beat him.
So Kim made the match at Hard To Kill.
This will be a fun one as Trey’s out to prove himself, but Macklin’s not one to go away easily.
Impact Wrestling Results returned from the break as D’Amore and Josh sent us to the contract signing last week between W. Morrissey, Matt Cardona, and Moose for the Impact World Championship.
Rebellion – Ace Austin vs. TJP vs. Josh Alexander
Nothing like some X-Division action as we were taken back to a triple threat match between three of the best in the business for the X-Division Championship.
This was a great one. Josh Alexander pulled out the win and began a great run as the X-Division Champion.
Digital Media Championship
Nothing like watching Jordynne Grace in action, and at Bound For Glory she became the first Digital Media Champion at Bound For Glory.

Purrazzo was her normally gracious self at accepting the award and touted her accomplishments, and rightly so.
To close the show off, we went back to Bound For Glory to when Josh Alexander defeated Christian Cage for the Impact World title, only to lose it to Moose minutes afterwards.
It’s in the running for Match of the Year next week and we can’t wait to see what the fans decide.
