Janet Jackson, for her part, has forever written her name into history for all the wrong reasons. Her infamous performance with Justin Timberlake has continued to live in the memory.
During her performance, Justin’s actions accidentally led to her nipple being exposed. And these struggles have ultimately stayed with her to this day.
In the trailer, she was heard saying the following: “There’s a great deal of scrutiny that comes with having that last name. “Yeah. [It affects me]. Guilty by association. I guess that’s what they call it, right?”
The primary reason why Janet Jackson has had to suffer is because of the child sex abuse allegations that were directed against her late brother Michael Jackson.
Although she continued to stand by her brother and claimed that he was innocent, the very fact of the matter is that since his death, more people have begun to come forward. This is something that the documentary will touch upon.
In an official synopsis, the fans can expect to see the following: “Speaking like never before, Janet also discusses everything including her Super Bowl appearance with Justin Timberlake in 2004, the death of her brother Michael and becoming a mother later in life.”
With Janet looking to make a return to music, this documentary cannot come soon enough. Janet has been out of the limelight for a while, but much like Britney Spears, she is looking to bounce back from the struggles that she has been through.
And 2022 will mark her 12th album that she has released in what has been a star-studded career. The following comments confirmed as much: “Janet has enjoyed immense success but also seen incredible tragedy.
“The documentary details Janet’s return to the world stage following a sudden break from music.” Time will tell how the new music fares with the public, but if it is anything like what we have seen before, then it is fair to say that the fans are in for a treat.
