The talk show host has been suffering from health problems, as demonstrated by her battle with Graves’ disease.
To make matters even more complicated, she was recently involved in a dispute surrounding her finances on the basis that she was prevented from accessing her bank accounts because she was of ‘unsound mind.’
While that has been resolved, Wendy is still going through major changes in her life. Her talk show ‘The Wendy William Show,’ will be coming to an end this June.
And with so much time being opened up as a result, there was a feeling that Wendy should be focusing on herself. And yet, it seems that she is not too keen on getting medical advice.
A source said: “Wendy is missing her medical appointments down in Florida. People are very worried about Wendy and her wellbeing … We want to get Wendy back to New York City to get her back on track.”
The main reason why this may be the case is due to the fact that Wendy’s talk show had ended abruptly. It was on the back of a dispute with Wells Fargo, which claimed that she needed a ‘guardianship’ to access her funds.
Although Wendy maintained that she was capable of making financial decisions, the uncertainty surrounding her health ultimately led her show to come to an end. And by the looks of it, that has been very hard for her to take.
The source added: “A lot of people are concerned about Wendy right now, but it seems like things are getting worse. Wendy is pissed right now.
“You have to understand her talk show was pretty much all she had. It was her passion, so now what?” Wendy needs to focus on herself, and if that means taking some time out for herself, then so be it.
