Back in January this year, ‘The Black Forge Inn’ in Dublin was attacked with two Molotov cocktail bombs. Conor ‘The Notorious’ McGregor is the owner of the above-mentioned pub. Since the rise of the UFC star, he gains more and more popularity in his homeland, and even more in his hometown Dublin. There is no one in the city that doesn’t know who the pub’s owner is. Yet, someone despite the popularity of the owner still decides to do something like this.
The attack happened in the early hours of January 13th. Luckily for everyone at this time the pub is usually closed. Usually, there are no people present in the club after 1am.
Conor’s Pub In Ireland Attacked With Molotov Cocktails – Conor Offers $50k For Any Information Leading To The Attackers
After the incident, the public was left questioning who might have done such a thing. Taking into consideration Conor’s personality and ‘no-hair-on-tongue’ character it is no wonder he has ‘enemies’. However, are these some local people, or someone paid or sent from somewhere else it is unclear for now.
Back in 2019, the Notorious fighter had an incident in the same pub himself. He got in a fight with another man who was in the club and sucker-punched him.
This is one of the initial reasons for Conor to buy the pub. Immediately after he bought the pub he banned the person who got into a beef with him.
Might he be the attacker? Is it possible that he waited for 3 years before he avenges his hurt pride?
The Notorious’s cameras on the place caught the person on video footage. The video ended up in the police’s hands. However, there is no advancement on the case at all. The attackers are still on the run. The information received from the police states that the investigation is ongoing.
In the video footage one person is closing in to the pub and when he is in front of it lights up a flare, throws the ‘bomb’, and runs away. However, the Notorious could not recognize him from the video.
There is no solution to the situation at the moment by the police. Four months since the incident happened, the Notorious decides to take the wheel of this wagon into his hands. He posted the official CCTV video on his Instagram profile with the following caption:
“Hey, guys! I have a 50k reward cash in all 100 crisps untouched notes. Not a wrinkle on them. The no-wrinkle greenbacks. I call them yum-yums. For whoever tells us who this little deli-chicken head is. The walk, run, and scrawny build are all very distinctive. I will not tell anything, but I will act. Reach out to whoever can reach me. Look forward to doing business.”
It was no long time since the Notorious came out with a new post on the social media stating – “Wow, that was quick, thank you so much Good Samaritan.”
Did he find the responsible for the attack? Does he know who did it? Will he inform the police on that or act by himself? What do you think?
