Rihanna Is ‘Truly Focused On Her Pregnancy’ Following ASAP Rocky’s Recent Arrest
With Rihanna reportedly set to welcome her child in May, things have not been helped by the extreme scrutiny on her love life. Rumours had first emerged that they had broken up after ASAP had cheated on her.
These claims were instigated by fashion writer Louis Pisano, who then apologised after it transpired that this was false.
And things were not helped when ASAP was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon following the couple’s return from their holiday in Barbados. But as he was released on bail, Rihanna has now turned her full attention to her upcoming child.
A source said: “She hasn’t spoken much about [the arrest]. She’s truly focused on her pregnancy and not trying to get too stressed.
“She is very confident about everything and has told friends she just hopes for a positive outcome.” But aside from looking after number one, Rihanna has vowed to be there for ASAP too.
It is clear that he will have to watch his footsteps carefully, knowing that any mishap could inadvertently put extra strain on Rihanna. With that being said, the singer simply wanted to draw a line under everything that has happened.
The source added: “[She] is powerful and will do what she can to help him. She loves ASAP and wants him to be by her side when she gives birth.”
Despite Rihanna’s enthusiasm, fans were very scathing towards ASAP. This was on the basis that he was jeopardising Rihanna’s welfare with his conduct.
And some even suggested that he did not deserve her to the point where they felt Rihanna should dump him. One person wrote: “So classy that child will be g***banging by the age of 12 if he goes by his daddy’s example.”
