With rumors of the potential retirement of Juice Robinson and his NJPW contract ending later this month – Windy City Riot might be the last stand of FinJuice. Alongside David Finlay & Brody King tonight – they will face the recently reformed The Mighty Don’t Kneel trio of Shane Haste, JONAH, and Bad Dude Tito.
JONAH & King are two of the baddest men in NJPW today – and their clash could well tear the ring down in a Chicago Street Fight! Things were made personal when Jonah attacked Finlay’s little brother Brogan – and his father Fit Finlay would grab a special shillelagh from the family armoury for this match tonight.
TMDK Gets To Show Some Violence In Chicago Street Fight
Armed with Steel Chairs, The Mighty Don’t Kneel would hit the ring ready for a brawl. Finlay would bring that shillelagh to the ring , and Robinson would sent Tito out of the ring with a lariat. King went after Haste, and Finlay met JONAH in the ring. This one already spilled to the commentary desk with King & Haste.
TMDK would be able to get the edge on King, before Juice found a fire extinguisher. Finlay would dive off the stage onto TMDK, before Robinson would be run down by Jonah. Finally & Haste would find their way back to the ring, before being beaten down. JONAH was crushed in the corner by King, before FinJuice nailed cannonballs.
A chair was set up in the crotch of JONAH, and King swung for the fences. JONAH would set up on a bed of chairs, but Tito made the save before Finlay hit the dive. King took a low blow, while Haste was slammed back first onto the apron. A ladder hit the ring, and was tossed into the face of Tito. Robinson was tossed into the ladder with a suplex, before King hit a lariat and a Death Valley Driver onto the bed of chairs.
David Finlay Uses His Family Heirloom For Massive Win
Haste was taken out with a trash can assisted chop, before King grabbed a door like this was a GCW match. It was set up in the corner, before JONAH swung for the fences with a cookie sheet. Finlay would get wiped out, and King was taken out by Tito on the floor. JONAH would bit Finlay in the ring, and King was driven through a table on the floor.
A bull rope emerged and was used to choke out Juice Robinson. Finlay was crushed on the ladder before a big Blue Thunder Bomb got a two count. He was held in place in the corner, while JONAH swung for the fences with the kendo stick. Robinson made the save – and King would be close behind.
Steel chairs would flood the ring – as Tito, Haste and JONAH were thrown into the sea of steel. Robinson would spear Tito through the door in the corner, and JONAH would send King through a ladder with a splash off the top rope.
Finlay nailed Trash Panda onto a chair, as JONAH hit the ring with a sledgehammer. Sledgehammer to the jaw beat a shillelagh – and JONAH would nearly smash it in the ring but Juice made the save before Acid Drop landed. Three cracks of the shillelagh landed, and this one was over.
