To give you an introduction, Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard for defamation. He claims that she is lying about the domestic violence accusations. Moreover, as a result of this, he lost several job offers. The producers opted him out of movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean 6 and Fantastic Beast causing him financial damage of more than $50 million.

However, despite this, her relationship with Elon lasted for almost two years. She has been seen with him in many places, she has photos taken beside him in public events, etc.
Even though their relationship had ups and downs, it survived several ‘pause breaks’, like when she was filming Aquaman in Australia, the couple got together each time they were found in the same country.
Contrary to her claims is the comment that the Tesla CEO gave to Us Weekly when they had their first ‘pause break’.

She had SMS exchanges regarding this with her agent to which he ends the conversation with a text saying: “You weren’t in love with him and you told me a thousand times you were just filling space.”
So maybe, she managed to fake her love for Elon very successfully. However, will she be able to convince the judges to make a decision in her favor as successfully? I doubt so.
