Paul Pelosi, the husband of Representative Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), was arrested for driving under the influence on May 28, 2022. TMZ obtained the record of the arrest which shows that Pelosi had a blood alcohol content above 0.08–another misdemeanor.

The arrest went down in California’s Napa Valley but there haven’t been any specifics on the DUI—simply that the businessman got two misdemeanors while driving tipsy. Also, the arrest hasn’t been acknowledged by Paul or the Speaker of the House.
I’d say don’t expect the Pelosis to touch on it during Memorial Day either. It might come up later in the week if it’s brought up so much that Nancy Pelosi responds to it. Ultimately, this really seems like a garden variety DUI—unless Paul Pelosi was sloshed when arrested and the mugshot shows it.
Also, it’s not like Paul is still behind bars at the moment as his bail was only $5,000. We’ll have to wait and see if details develop from this story.
