The actress is facing some serious financial consequences, as a result of the defamation case against her ex-husband Johnny Depp. She has been ordered to pay a judgment approximately worth $10 million.
But as her attorney Elaine Bredehoft has already made clear, it is not possible for Heard to raise those funds. And yet, Heard’s accommodation shows someone with plenty of money.
According to TMZ, Heard has been living in a mansion in Virginia since May. As a result, she has had to pay a rental fee of $22,500 a month.
Although this property was partly chosen due to the fact that it was based very close to the court where she was having her case heard, it does not sit well when we consider that she has money problems.
This is particularly true since the nature of the property holds a whole host of things that she could live without. This includes its very own tennis court, fitness room as well as some huge land.
With that being said, the only thing that could potentially be justified is the presence of the security on the property to offer protection.
And this was precisely the sentiment that was being shown on social media. A significant proportion of people questioned how she was managing to sustain this lifestyle in light of the current judgment.
Meanwhile, others even went as far as to suggest that Elon Musk was involved in this. After all, rumours did emerge that he was involved in a threesome involving Amber.
