Allegedly, the beautiful actress Jada Pinkett Smith wishes her husband Will Smith, and the host of the 2022 Oscars Chris Rock to peace things up after the happening that still circles the world as a meme.
After more than a month, Jada Pinkett releases a statement regarding the most famous slap. Several days ago, on June 1st on her Facebook series ‘Red Table Talk’, she spoke about the infamous happening and expressed her will for both her husband and Chris Rock to settle things down and end the beef.

“This is a really important ‘Red Table Talk’ on alopecia. Considering what I’ve been through with my own health and what happened at the Oscars, thousands have reached out to me with their stories. I’m using this moment to give our alopecia family an opportunity to talk about what it’s like to have this condition and to inform people about what alopecia actually is.” – she brings her health condition first.

Many controversies are surrounding the incident. According to critics, the slap represents only an act of weakness by Will Smith. A weakness that exactly Jada plants inside of him weeks before the Oscars. In a public live interview the actress opens up and confesses to him that she saw another man during a given period of their relationship. To this, the actor remains in shock and without a response.
Evidently, this injures his pride. After this public humiliation, the actor must somehow prove his manhood once again to the world. Out of so many ways to do so, he chooses the worst one. The one that will most probably ruin his career, his reputation and turn him into a meme character.
As a result of the ‘slap’, the Academy suspends Smith from membership for 10 long years. He also most probably will lose many potential roles that he could have gotten. And as a consequence of this, he will lose a great amount of money as well.
Before the Academy bans Smith from any further Academy-organized events, he publicly resigns voluntarily.
