Legado Del Fantasma have had issues with Tony D’Angelos crew for a while now, but tonight have a chance to absorb them. It’s going to be an all out war of a six man tag team match, and whichever group get the win, the losers must join them. Either Santos Escobar or Tony D’Angelo will soon lead the most powerful crime family in NXT, and truly rule the brand after tonight.
Legado Del Fantasma Gets Absorbed Into The D’Angelo Family
Before the match, Legado would get the referee to reveal the hiding position of the crowbar stashed by D’Angelo. No brass knuckles would be found however, despite Escobar using them to win their recent singles match. Wilde & Two Dimes would start the match, with Wilde able to keep easy control.
Stacks & Del Toro got tags, and Del Toro would land some chops into the corner. D’Angelo & Escobar would take the ring next and this is what the crowd paid to see. Escobar would hit the dropkick, before Stacks would hit a knee to the back.
All hell broke loose as we got a six man brawl, with Legado able to come out with the upperhand. Two Dimes took a twisting suplex, but was able to kick out. Del Toro would get shoved to the floor, before he’d be stomped out by The Crew in the corner. He’d keep fighting, before D’Angelo would hit a heavy suplex.
Two Dimes would hit an elbow drop from the top rope, but only got a two count. Escobar got the tag, before D’Angelo took the gamiguri and double axe handle. D’Angelo would be sent to the floor, and pierced with the Arrow from the Depths of Hell. Back into the ring, Escobar would set up the Phantom Driver, but D’Angelo blocked.
Del Toro & Two Dimes would trade blows in the ring, before a missile dropkick landed. Two Dimes responded with a huge lariat, before Wilde would set up the Legado Del Fantasma finisher, but Stacks made the save during the pinfall. Huge brawl would break out, with Escobar & D’Angelo getting weapons. Wilde was knocked out with brass knuckles, and Stacks fell into the pinfall.
Toxic Attraction Continue To Improve Their Tag Team Skills
Katana Chance & Kayden Carter have been one of the best female tag teams in the company for a while now, and tonight will be hoping to prove that they are good enough to claim gold. They’ve beaten champions Toxic Attraction in the past, and just need to do it again tonight on a much bigger stage. Will they have success in their exploits tonight?
Toxic Attraction would kick things off by attacking their challengers, only for this to backfire. Carter & Chance hit dives to the floor, before Carter & Jayne started this match up. Some unique tag team offence would follow, as they’d hold Jayne in place for dropkicks. Toxic Attraction would regain some control, with Dolin nailing a roundhouse kick on Chance.
Jayne would lose control of Chance, and Carter was able to get the hot tag. She’d try and take down both halves of Toxic Attraction, before taking a German Suplex and a kick to the neck. Jayne would take a backbreaker in the corner, before being taken into a Frankenstiner, with her crashing down onto Dolin as she hit the mat.
Neckbreaker & 450 Splash combo was set, but Dolin pulled Carter to the floor. Toxic Shock would land on Chance, but Carter made the save during the pinfall. Carter would hit a DDT onto the apron, taking out herself as well as Jayne.
Chance & Dolin would trade blows in the middle of the ring, before Chance hit a moonsault to the back. Carter was back up, and they’d hit the 450 Splash Neckbreaker – only for Jayne to pull her out of the ring. Jayne would wheelbarrow drop Chance onto the apron, and back in the ring, Carter was dropped with the German Suplex for the pinfall.
